Determinants of Organizational Performance of Select Thrift Banks

چکیده

The impact of organizational performance plays a vital role in propelling both economy and stability. Over the years banks have been aggressive expansion merging to maximize their market presence country. And they become interested determining what factors affect appropriate strategies make order achieve productivity profitability. This study investigated influence perceived culture, job satisfaction, service quality, among clients employees thrift bank basis as for strategy enhancement. It was conducted four banking institutions Province Bukidnon, Northern Mindanao, Philippines. Quantitative descriptive research method employed, (4) survey questionnaires were main data gathering tools complemented with key informant’ interview substantiate result. Descriptive statistics, Pearson (r) multiple linear regressions used organize data. result showed that there is significant relationship between quality performance. However, satisfaction appears no on concluded higher level strong culture
